The Board of Women's Network of York wishes to remind all members and guests of the following policy:

• You must make your meeting reservation no later than 9AM on the Friday prior to the meeting date. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee you a seat or a meal at the meeting.

• You may reserve until 9AM on the Friday prior to the meeting date by...
  • reserving online
  • reserving via postal mail to: Women's Network of York, P.O. Box 3226, York, PA 17402 

• If you are reserving via postal mail, your reservation must be received by the staff by 9AM on the Friday prior to the meeting date.  Please allow seven (7) days when mailing.  We recommend confirming receipt of mailed reservations by e-mail at register@wnyork.com .

• IMPORTANT: Please plan to prepay your meeting fee when you register online or by postal mail (allow 7 days for mailing).  Otherwise, you MUST make your payment at the door when you arrive to register.

• You may discuss the possibility of being added to the Reservation List after 9AM on the Friday before the meeting date by e-mailing the Reservations Director.

• To cancel a meeting reservation, you may e-mail the Women's Network Reservations Director.  If your cancellation is received after 9AM on the Friday before the meeting for which you were reserved, you will be billed for the meeting. 

• If you have not attended two (2) consecutive meetings for which you have made reservations but failed to cancel before 9AM on the Friday before the meeting date and you have outstanding fees for either/both, then your reservation will not be accepted until past meeting costs are paid.

• If your guest does not attend and does not cancel, you as the inviting Member will be billed for the cost of their meeting fee.
