President: Jody
Ashley
Jody
Ashley has been the Manager of
Talus – a therapeutic salon for almost 5
years. Jody also runs a home-based jewelry
business called Local Charm Jewelry. She has
been a member of the Women’s Network since 2005.

Jody is Vice President of the York Chapter of
the American Cancer Society Auxiliary. Jody is a
volunteer for Compassion York; an organization
that prepares meals to feed the hungry.
Prior to managing Talus, Jody had a career in
sales for 17 years. She was one of the few
outside female sales representatives for
companies that included Marvin Windows, and
Lojack – Vehicle Recovery Systems…quite a
different environment from those industries to
that of a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere! Jody
considers her days working at Talus, as her
“days off from the real world”!
Jody has always made exercising a part of her
life. She feels it’s vital to the well being of
the mind and body. In addition, Jody is studying
sign language and hopes to incorporate that into
her life. She also loves to journal.
Jody lives with her husband of 24 years, Eric
and two daughters, Taylor 15, and Whitney12, and
a “not so well behaved, but cute” beagle named
Riley.
Jody is grateful to have the opportunity to lead
such a dynamic group of women. WNY has been
beneficial to Jody, not only professionally, but
personally as well.

Vice President:
Melanie Ferree
Melanie
Ferree is employed by Integrity Bank as their
Business Banking Officer in the York market. She
has worked for several local banks over the last
12 years and she continues to strive to exceed
her customer’s expectation in every way.
Melanie’s focus is on helping businesses make
the most of their money by implementing products
through our Corporate Services department.
Melanie has been with Integrity Bank for over a
year.
Melanie was born and reared in York and still
calls York her home. She is very active in the
York Community. She is a 2007 graduate of
Leadership York; she sits on the board of
H.O.P.E. (Help for Oncology and Emotional
Support) and Atkins House, where she serves as
Treasurer. Melanie’s true passion is for the
advocacy of children who have fallen victim to
child abuse. Melanie is a board member of the
York County Children’s Advocacy Center and also
serves as a CASA (court appointed special
advocate) volunteer. Much of her time is spent
with children who have been physically or
sexually abused or neglected.
Melanie is very active in her church, St. Rose
of Lima, where she is a member of the Ambrosian
Choir, a member of the fundraising and finance
committee, a lector and an R.C.I.A. team member.
Secretary: Diane
Yocum
Diane Yocum is the Business Manager at the
York County Convention & Visitors Bureau,
where she has been employed for the past three
years. The YCCVB is an independent non-profit
organization, and is the designated tourist
promotion agency for York County whose mission
is to increase overnight visitation to the
county.
Diane graduated from York Catholic High School
and began her career as a Secretary in the
Mortgage Dept. at Drovers Bank, later being
promoted to Administrative Assistant to the
President. Diane and her husband later relocated
to the Lansdale area outside of Philadelphia for
a few years, and returned to York in 1989. Since
that time she has held other positions as a
Project Manager for a disaster restoration
company and a bookkeeper, continuing her
education through work-related courses.
Diane loves to travel with her husband, Donnie,
and friends, either taking cruises, annual trips
to Outer Bank, or going on girls’ getaways,
which she highly recommends. Her spare time is
spent at home with her two Yorkies, a geriatric
boxer/foxhound mix, and numerous furry felines.
Treasurer:
Kimberly Fetrow
Kim is a Accounting Associate at
SF & Co. and has been employed
there since October, 2006. She holds an
Associates Degree in Accounting from Yorktowne
Business Institute. Prior to this, she was
employed by Industrial Service and Installation
for ten
years as Office Manger. Kim also keeps the
accounting records for her husband, Tim's
business.
Most of her free time is spent volunteering in
the many activities that her son Jacob is
involved which include 4-H and Dover Baseball
Association. As a family, they also spend time
volunteering for the Beaver Creek Conservation
Group where she has held the office of Treasurer
and Secretary. Kim also enjoys camping with her
friends and family.

Director At Large:
Patti Wentz
Patti Wentz attended Penn State University
and holds the position of Corporate Director for
Information Technology at a local Non-Profit
organization where she has been employed for 16
years. In January 2007 she joined
Arbonne International, a home-based direct
sales company specializing in botanically based
skin care as an Independent Consultant. Since
joining Arbonne she has promoted to District
Manager where she enjoys, teaching and training
her team to set goals and follow their dreams.
Patti joined Women’s Network of York in January
2007.
Patti lives in York and has served as a board
member on CP Lutheran Credit Union, a Daisy
Scout Leader and volunteers at various other
organizations. In her spare time she enjoys
spending time with her husband, daughters and
granddaughters, entertaining her friends, crafts
and traveling especially to see her family in
Germany.
She encourages you to join us at a meeting and

fabulous women that make up Women’s Network of
York.
Facilities
Director: Kenna Rotz
Kenna
is the owner and director of
Agape Healing Center, LLC, a complementary
care facility offering healing and educational
services for the body, mind, and spirit –
including Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology,
Acupuncture, Meditation, Holistic Counseling,
Naturopathic Consultations, and classes such as:
Yoga, T’ai Chi Chih, Belly Dance, and Stress
Management. She is an active member of the
American Massage Therapy Association and is
nationally certified through the National
Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and
Bodywork. She is also the owner of Inspirations
@ Agape, LLC, a boutique specializing in Belly
Dance scarves, skirts, belts and hand made
jewelry.
After graduating from college (Ozark Bible
College) with a Bachelors Degree in early
childhood education, Kenna taught pre-school and
kindergarten until she started having her own
family in 1984. As the children grew and became
more independent, Kenna wanted to go back into
the work force. Her husband told her to “find
something that she loves, not just a job,” so
she went back to school in 1999 to become a
massage therapist. She graduated from Baltimore
School of Massage York in 2001, where she was
the operations manager until leaving to work
with WellSpan’s Center for Mind - Body Health as
a therapist. In 2003 she opened Agape Healing
Center, LLC. She has volunteered at York County
Children and Youth as a youth and family support
person and served on the board of The Circle
School in Harrisburg.
Kenna lives in York with her incredibly
supportive husband, Steve, and their children.
In her “free” time she enjoys going to little
league baseball games and volleyball tournaments
cheering on her children. She also enjoys
reading, singing, gardening and baking.

Membership
Director: Becky Rill
Becky
Rill signed as a consultant with
Tastefully Simple, a home-based direct sales
gourmet food company, in November 2004. Since
then, she has promoted to a Senior Team Manager
with 20 consultants on her team. She is
passionate about her business and helping the
members of her team achieve their personal goals
for their businesses. Becky joined the Women’s
Network of York in November 2006.
Becky earned her bachelor’s degree in
sociology/family studies and elementary
education from Albright College. She then
graduated with her master’s degree in counselor
education from Western Maryland College. Prior
to signing with Tastefully Simple, Becky was in
public education for 9 years, first as a middle
school teacher and then as a high school
guidance counselor. She “retired” from New
Oxford High School to stay at home with her baby
and focus on her Tastefully Simple business.
When she isn’t chasing around her 2 year old
son, she enjoys working out, traveling with her
husband, Keith, and volunteering. Becky has been
a volunteer at Olivia’s House, a grief and loss
center for children in York, for the last four
years. She serves as a companion to children in
the Hearts Can Heal program and on the social
events/fundraising committee.She invites you to
join us at a monthly meeting to meet the
fabulous ladies of our organization!

Programs Director:
Jennifer Stoner
Jen Stoner has been a Financial Advisor and
Financial Planning Associate at
Smith Barney in York since 2006. She joined
the Women’s Network of York in July of 2007 and
is happy to be a part of such a wonderful
organization.
Jen is a life long resident of York County. She
graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in
April of 2006 where she received her Bachelor’s
degree in Business and Spanish. During her
college career, she also studied abroad in Spain
where she was able to learn about Spanish
culture firsthand and increase her fluency in
the language.
During her free time, Jen enjoys spending time
with friends and family, working out at the gym,
and meeting new people. She also loves to
travel. Jen is currently the Chapter
Representative of the Women’s Business Network
and a member of the York Jaycees.

Reservations
Director: Jennifer Smyser
Jennifer Smyser has
been a Crisis Intervention Counselor at Wellspan
Health for 8 years. She is also an Independent
Sales Consultant for Southern Living at HOME.
She has been a member of the Women’s Network
since April 2007.
Since graduating from Shippensburg University,
Jen has worked in the Mental Health field. She
finds Southern Living a great and healthy escape
and enjoys meeting new women at every show! She
loves to decorate her home with the Southern
Living products, so she decided to become a
consultant.
Jen loves to travel with her husband, Ben, as
they are always searching for a new adventure!
They spend a lot of time with their large
extended family and their very personable and
lovable dog, Cade.
Jen has enjoyed her time with Women’s Network
and appreciates all the support the women give
each other. Each meeting has been an educational
and growing experience.
