Theresa LaCesa is a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, a dynamic company celebrating more than 45 years.  Mary Kay continues to be a leader in cosmetics and skin care.  She joined Mary Kay in November, 2000.  Theresa’s mission is to partner with women in creating and designing a dream life.

Theresa’s formal education consists of a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology with a minor in Management from Bloomsburg University .  Prior to joining Mary Kay, she was the Director of Marketing for HealthSouth in their Diagnostic Division and a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep.  She left the corporate world to stay home with her kids, then began a career with Mary Kay.

Theresa loves being an active member of the community, having served various roles in the PTO for her children’s school.  She and her husband graduated from Leadership York Executive Series Program in 2003.

Theresa is married to a wonderful and supportive husband, Mike, and has two kids, Peter, 17, and Brooke, 12.  When she is not busy with her kids or career, Theresa enjoys the beach, reading, and exercising.

Heather Igo is a Client Associate for Merrill Lynch in Downtown York.  She began her career at Merrill Lynch in April 2000.  Heather thoroughly enjoys her job in assisting clients with whatever financial needs they may have.  Twelve years later, no two days are alike and she is always learning something new.  She works with the best colleagues, too!

Heather was born and raised in New Oxford and graduated from York College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  She joined the Women’s Network of York in 2007 as she wanted to meet new people.  Heather has made some great friendships along the way and enjoys working on the Board as Secretary.  For the past four years Heather has helped Olivia’s House’s Gala Committee to plan for their annual Gala Event.  She believes in the mission of Olivia’s House and cannot think of a better way to help their cause by raising money.  Heather’s friends constantly tell her how photogenic she is, so she inquired to do some local modeling.  She appeared in the September 2009 issue of SMART Magazine and was most recently on the September 2010 cover.

In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining friends, going to her step-sons’ activities, spending time with her family, decorating her home and shopping.  Heather resides in York with her supportive husband, Jim, and their not-so-trained, but totally adorable puppy, Harley.

Diane Yocum is the Business Manager at the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she has been employed since 2004.  The York County CVB is an independent non-profit organization, and is the designated tourist promotion agency for York County.

Diane loves to travel with her incredibly wonderful husband, Donnie, either taking cruises with friends, trips to the Outer Banks, or going on girls’ getaways, which she highly recommends.   Her spare time is spent at home with her three Yorkies, and two furry felines, and she loves baking, all things Summer, and quality time with good friends.

Samantha is the proud mother of two beautiful little girls, Aubrey and Emily.  She is married to a loving and encouraging husband, Ben, who is her partner in life, but also in business. As a team, they run their office in Manchester, PA and not only work together towards their goals for their family, but also for their business.  (Primerica was also how they met because Ben was Samantha’s trainer when she began in 2003).  With her spare time, Samantha enjoys exercising, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
